To ensure the highest quality of service, I require a minimum notice of 72 hours for any 50-minute lessons and a minimum notice of 48 hours for 25-minute conversational lessons.

All lessons must be prepaid before they begin.

Refunds are available within 48 hours of booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, please contact me at least 3 hours before the lesson starts. Cancellation or rescheduling requests made within 3 hours of the lesson start time will not be accepted and will not be refunded. However, lesson materials for the session will still be provided.
