Cancellation & Refund Policy 取消及退款政策

​

To ensure the highest quality of service, I require a minimum notice of 72 hours for any 50-minute lessons and a minimum notice of 48 hours for 25-minute conversational lessons.

為了確保提供最高品質的服務，任何50分鐘的課程需提前72小時預訂，25分鐘的會話課程需提前48小時預訂。

All lessons must be prepaid before they begin. Refunds are available within 48 hours of booking.

所有課程均需在開始前預付。在預訂後48小時內可申請退款。

If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, please contact me at least 3 hours before the lesson starts. Cancellation or rescheduling requests made within 3 hours of the lesson start time will not be accepted and will not be refunded. However, lesson materials for the session will still be provided.

如果您需要取消或重新安排課程，請在課程開始前3小時與我聯繫。任何在課程開始前3小時內提出的取消或重新安排請求將不被接受，並且不會退款。然而，該課程的教材仍將提供。

All Rhoda’s Language Hub students will be provided a Personal Study Hub. Here, you can easily access all class materials, ask any questions you might have, track your progress, and check the time and date of each booked lesson.

Referral & Discount Policy 推薦與折扣政策

If you successfully recommend a friend or family member to book more than 5 lessons with Rhoda’s Language Hub, you will receive a NT$ 500 referral bonus in the form of a booking discount, which can be applied to any of our services.

Please note that the referral bonus is limited to one per person, regardless of the number of lessons completed.

• Book a package of 5 classes to receive a 5% discount.

• Book a package of 10 classes to receive a 10% discount.
